Our Story

Here at I deal, we’ve been roasting for over 15 years. We are located on the outskirts of the Byward Market, specialize in dark roasts and roast our own beans in small batches. We believe quality starts from the ground up, so our partners source sustainably and ethically from farmers worldwide.

Our first love is coffee, our second is food. Our talented kitchen team embraces seasonal ingredients to serve fresh eats made out of our scratch kitchen to complement any cup, hot or cold.

We believe in community. As a small business, we value fostering relationships with residents and other local partners. Next time you’re in, try our world famous scones and neighbourhood favourite Brazilian espresso. Sit, enjoy, and stay awhile.
